The US Embassy in Pristina has reiterated Washington’s appeal for Kosovo’s institutions to be established, warning that the political deadlock is causing the country to miss opportunities.

In a statement to RTV21, a spokesperson for the US Embassy in Kosovo said that political leaders must cooperate to form institutions in accordance with the Constitution and the decisions of the Constitutional Court. According to the spokesperson, citizens expect their leaders to act in the country’s best interests, while the prolonged deadlock should compel them to prioritize progress and stability for all citizens.
