Jonathan Hargreaves, the United Kingdom’s ambassador to Kosovo, was received by Major General Özkan Ulutaş, commander of NATO’s mission in Kosovo, KFOR, at the mission’s headquarters at Film City Camp in Pristina.

The discussions focused on security developments in the region. On this occasion, Ulutaş reaffirmed KFOR’s commitment to creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all citizens of Kosovo.
Major General Özkan Ulutaş also praised the United Kingdom’s continued support and contribution to the NATO-led KFOR mission.
KFOR stated that its mandate continues to be implemented in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244. Through this mandate, the mission contributes to ensuring security and freedom of movement for all citizens while maintaining an impartial approach.
To carry out its duties, KFOR maintains close cooperation with the Kosovo Police and the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo, EULEX.
