Donika Gërvalla, an MP from the Vetëvendosje Movement parliamentary group, said the constituent session would be reconvened only after a political agreement is reached.

As she spoke to the media, Gërvalla was interrupted by opposition MPs, who demanded: “Call the session.”
“The session will be called once we have an agreement…,” Gërvalla said.
During the exchange with PDK MP Blerta Deliu Kodra, Gërvalla asked why she was not attending the meeting aimed at reaching a political agreement. Deliu Kodra responded by reminding her that convening the constituent session is a constitutional obligation.
“Why aren’t you coming to the meeting?” Gërvalla asked.
“You are obliged to call the session. Call the session, call the session,” Deliu Kodra said.
