The Kosovo Police has continued modernizing its fleet with new vehicles, with the aim of increasing work efficiency and bringing neighborhood policing closer to citizens.

On Monday, according to an official statement, 14 hybrid vehicles were allocated to the sectors where neighborhood police officers operate. The vehicles will be used to cover sector areas in all regional directorates.
A separate vehicle was handed over to the Directorate of Cultural Heritage.
According to the Police, the new vehicles will help improve the speed and efficiency of services within the framework of Community Policing, enabling officers to respond more closely to citizens’ requests and needs.
The institution considers this investment part of efforts to strengthen communication and cooperation with the community, as well as to increase transparency and trust in institutions.
