According to Kola, 69 days ago no one predicted that this movement would turn into the largest battle waged against Rama. He said citizens would gather every day and that the aim was for the protest to continue until September.
The activist said the organizers were in contact with the diaspora and that some of its representatives were already among the protesters. He added that they would not be taking vacations this year, so the revolt would continue.
Kola also responded to questions about the movement’s future, stressing that the people who launched the protest and the key figures who had been involved from the outset were still present.
Emphasizing the protesters’ determination, he said there was no turning back from this battle. Today’s rally began with citizens gathering in Skanderbeg Square. The protesters are then expected to march toward the Prime Minister’s Office, where they will continue calling for Prime Minister Edi Rama’s resignation.
