On Friday morning, a 47-year-old man was found dead in an apartment building in the city of Elbasan. According to preliminary information from police, authorities were notified at around 08:00 that K. D., 47, had been found dead on the eighth-floor landing of an apartment building in the “Syrja Dylgjeri” neighborhood.
