A construction worker has lost his life after falling from a height while work was being carried out at a building located in the territory of the Gazi Baba municipality, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
According to the Interior Ministry’s statement, the incident was reported on 10.07.2026, at around 14:05, to the Skopje Internal Affairs Department. It concerns I.I. (52) from Kumanovo, who fell from a height while construction work was being carried out at a building under construction in the Gazi Baba area.

An emergency doctor confirmed the death, while police officers from the Skopje Internal Affairs Department attended the scene. As stated in the announcement, the labor inspector was also informed about the case.
