Izet Mexhiti, mayor of the Municipality of Chair, announced that the Government has approved the decision to transfer ownership of the land of Skanderbeg Square to the Municipality of Chair, thus removing the last administrative obstacle to the implementation of the third phase of the project.
He stressed that this decision creates all the preconditions for launching the tender procedure, as well as for starting the works that will lead to the completion of one of the most important projects for Albanians in Skopje.

“With the Government’s decision, the last administrative obstacle is removed and the way is opened for the realization of the third phase of Skanderbeg Square. All the conditions have now been created for the tendering process and the works for the completion of this important project to begin very soon,” Mexhiti said.
