Journalist Klodiana Lala said on the “Të paekspozuarit” program on Vizion Plus that Ervis Martinaj’s family knows who is behind his disappearance.
According to the journalist, although the family knows who the perpetrator is, they have never been summoned for questioning.

“Martinaj was kidnapped, and his disappearance involved state structures. The fact that the Albanian state has refused to take the testimony of a cooperating witness is significant. I broke the story, I have evidence for what I am saying, and I know much more. The family has managed to gather all the security camera footage and identify the moment when he was taken by the person suspected of murder. Despite the disputes I have had with Ervis Martinaj, the Martinaj family knows very well who committed the murder, and they have not been questioned. The murder, or rather the disappearance, is being investigated by the Lezhë Prosecutor’s Office, which is unable to solve this murder, especially since the prime minister said it should be solved within 100 days,” Lala said on Vizion Plus.
