As part of the lecturers’ protest in support of the students and young people calling for Prime Minister Edi Rama to step down, a large banner bearing the message “Long live free youth, an end to Katowice, today we decide” was unfurled at the Polytechnic University.
The message displayed on the university building conveys a call for freedom, change and decision-making by young people, as protests against the government have drawn in students and lecturers.
