A delegation from the Scientific Research Institute of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania visited the Doctrine and Training Command of the Kosovo Security Force, as part of bilateral cooperation on exchanging experiences and drafting new military concepts.

The delegation was headed by Brigadier General Fatmir Neziraj. It was received by the commander of the DTC, Brigadier General Jeton Dreshaj, together with representatives of the Doctrine Center.
The statement said the talks focused on opportunities to expand and deepen cooperation between the two institutions. Particular attention was paid to sharing experiences, developing military concepts and doctrine, as well as advancing innovation in defense.
During their stay, representatives from Albania paid tribute to those who died for Kosovo’s freedom by laying wreaths at the “Adem Jashari” Memorial Complex in Prekaz and at the martyrs’ cemetery in Koshare.
