Protest remains tense as demonstrators set kiosks on fire along boulevard

The protest that began in the capital on Thursday morning is continuing amid tensions. During the evening, protesters gathered along “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard, where they set fire to several kiosks located by the roadside.

Meanwhile, police forces formed a cordon in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. Protesters repeatedly threw stones and other hard objects toward the government building.
