A rally has begun in Skanderbeg Square in Pristina under the motto “Not in my name,” organized by the civic platform “Liria ka Emër” in opposition to the ruling of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague against former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Citizens from different parts of Kosovo have gathered in the square, while organizers said they expect broad participation in the protest.
Participants are opposing the court’s decision and demanding justice for Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
The “Liria ka Emër” platform has called on citizens to continue protests in the coming days. At the same time, it has asked the Government and the Assembly to take steps to review and proceed with changes to the Law on Specialist Chambers.
The rally is being held under the slogan “Not in my name.”
