Russia has not yet decided whether President Vladimir Putin will attend the G20 summit, which will be held in Miami in December, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“We still do not know whether we will go to Miami,” Peskov said.
Earlier, Yuri Ushakov, the Kremlin’s foreign policy adviser, said that Moscow had not yet considered the possibility of Putin attending the summit.
The Kremlin announced in April that Putin would travel to the G20 summit after US President Trump said his presence would be highly beneficial.
Peskov also commented on statements by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who had said he could go to Miami if Putin attended the summit and that he might request a meeting with him. The spokesman reiterated Moscow’s position that if the Ukrainian president wishes to meet his Russian counterpart, he must travel to Moscow.
