The meeting was chaired by prosecutor Fetije Bajrami, coordinator for human trafficking cases, in cooperation with prosecutors from the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica.
Participants in the meeting included representatives from the Office for Victim Protection and Assistance, the Center for Social Work and Shelter, as well as investigators from the South and North Police Stations.
Discussions focused on better coordination of work among institutions, handling of specific cases, preventive measures against trafficking, and guaranteeing protection for victims.
In conclusion, participants agreed that such meetings should be held regularly, with the aim of strengthening inter-institutional cooperation and ensuring a faster and more efficient response to human trafficking cases.
