Analyst Ilir Demalia has reported to police that he was assaulted by two people near his home in Tirana. It is reported that the complaint was filed at Police Commissariat No. 3, while officers have launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

Demalia told police that he was assaulted as soon as he left his home. He also stated that one of the perpetrators was a resident of the area, who had accused him of notifying the police so they would come and fine cars parked improperly on the street.
Police are working to identify and apprehend the suspected perpetrators.
