Wylita Bell meets KFOR’s new commander: U.S. will support his mission

The U.S. Embassy’s chargé d’affaires in Kosovo, Wylita Bell, held a meeting with Major General Roberto Vergori, who has just been appointed to lead KFOR.

According to the embassy, the conversation highlighted the importance of maintaining peace and stability in Kosovo and the region. The U.S. reaffirmed its commitment to supporting KFOR’s mission in this regard.

The Italian general took over command of KFOR this month, succeeding Turkish commander Ozkan Ulutas.
