Zeneli stated that at around 5:00 a.m. on August 18, 2026, he saw security guards running toward the club entrance. Later, while he was near the restaurant, a group of concerned colleagues approached him and asked him to take Sokrat Vata to the hospital, since his vehicle was nearby.
According to the testimony, a few moments later Sokrat Vata approached Zeneli. He was covered in blood and was holding his hand under his shirt, over his abdomen. Vata asked him several times to take him to the hospital, telling him to hurry.
The DJ informed the manager about the situation and then ran toward the parking area to get the car. When he left the venue, he saw several tourists helping a person lying on the ground.
After retrieving the vehicle, Zeneli returned to the upper part of the venue, where Vata appeared and got into the back seat. The two immediately set off toward the Ksamil health center.
During the journey, Vata asked him to continue straight ahead. After two or three minutes, when they reached a cobblestone road, he told him to stop. He then got out of the car and ran away barefoot.
Zeneli said that, several meters from the vehicle, he saw Vata forcefully throw something onto the ground. After that, he returned to his home, where he remained shaken by what had happened.
After calming down, Zeneli called the police and offered the authorities his assistance in identifying and apprehending Sokrat Vata.
The DJ’s testimony is expected to be included in the investigative materials aimed at clarifying the sequence of events in Ksamil and the actions of the people involved.
