From midday until the afternoon hours, local rainfall is expected in the Western Lowlands, with the exception of the coastal area.
In mountainous terrain, rainfall will be of low intensity, while in isolated areas short-term thunderstorms accompanied by lightning cannot be ruled out.
By late afternoon, the rainfall is expected to stop and the weather to turn clear once again.
The wind will blow from the northwest to the northeast at an average speed of around 7 m/s, while along the coast and in valleys it will occasionally reach up to 12 m/s.
As for the sea, both in the Adriatic and the Ionian, it will be calm, with wave strength of 1-2 Beaufort.
