During the public hearing held in the Vllahinë Administrative Unit, Vlorë district MP Vullnet Sinaj reiterated his opposition to the inclusion of the Municipality of Selenica in the Municipality of Vlorë.

According to Sinaj, Selenica has positive indicators in its functioning, while the local economy relies mainly on agriculture and livestock farming. For this reason, he said Selenica should continue to exist as a separate administrative unit.
