Holidaymakers affected by the fire that engulfed parts of the “Brooklyn” hotel in the early hours of the morning have received support from the Vlora Tour Operators Association.

In cooperation with the municipality, several hotels in the city have offered accommodation to the tourists following the incident so that they are not forced to cut their holidays short.
Vasil Bedini, head of the Tour Operators Association, announced that the holidaymakers will be accommodated in other hotels free of charge. Meanwhile, tour operators will provide everything needed by tourists who lost clothing or personal belongings in the fire.
The Tour Operators Association said the aim is for the holidaymakers to continue their stay in Vlora and their planned holiday itinerary despite the situation.
The initiative aims to mitigate the impact of the fire and express solidarity with the affected tourists by guaranteeing them accommodation and support during their stay in the coastal city.
