Aleksandër Koçeku was found dead after gunshots were fired on Saturday evening. The serious incident took place in Prekal, in Shkodër.
The victim’s cousin, speaking to “News24”, said the case should be investigated.

We have a person in prison with whom we have had a blood feud. Everyone knows about the incident. He worked at home, he had a bakery,” he said, among other things.
