A man was filmed falling from an apartment window in Brazil while attempting to leave the building under unusual circumstances.
The incident was recorded on September 14 in the Barra neighborhood of Salvador, northeastern Brazil.

In the dramatic footage, the partially dressed man is seen carefully climbing out through the apartment window. He tries to step onto a ledge below but fails to secure his footing and loses his balance.
Just moments later, he falls from the building. On the way down, he strikes the side of the building and spins several times before landing on the ground as horrified witnesses look on.
Local reports claim that the man was trying to leave the apartment after allegedly being caught in the company of a married woman.
According to witnesses, he was attempting to escape from the woman’s husband. However, this account has not been officially confirmed by the authorities.
Following the fall, emergency crews administered first aid at the scene in the Avenida Oceânica area before taking him to Hospital Geral do Estado.
The man reportedly suffered serious injuries and is expected to undergo surgery.
Police have opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the fall.
Initially, police recorded the incident as a suspected suicide attempt. The authorities also announced that, in accordance with protocols for such cases, they would not provide any further details.
It remains unclear whether the investigation will substantiate the claim that the man was trying to flee after being caught with a married woman.
