Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe clashed with residents of Memaliaj near Parliament headquarters. The residents were gathered outside Parliament headquarters to protest against the merger of their municipality with Tepelena, as the Law Committee discussed changes to the Territorial Reform.
As Braçe was entering the building, the citizens expressed their indignation toward him as a Socialist Party MP.
