The Vetëvendosje Movement has sent a letter to Acting President Albulena Haxhiu, proposing its leader, Albin Kurti, as the nominee to form the Government of Kosovo.

The proposal was officially submitted in a letter addressed to Haxhiu, following the completion of the constitution of the Assembly and with the aim of forming the new institutions.
Following this development, the procedure for forming the new government is expected to begin. The nominee will be tasked with presenting the composition of the government cabinet to the Assembly, after which it will be put to a vote.
