OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioglu was received at Camp Film City in Pristina by KFOR Commander Major General Ozkan Ulutash.
The discussion focused on the security situation in the region, for which Ulutash presented his assessment. He reiterated KFOR’s ongoing commitment to preserving stability in Kosovo.

A KFOR statement said that the commander highlighted the mission’s efforts to help create a safe and secure environment for all residents of Kosovo.
The meeting also addressed the mission’s main activities and priorities. According to KFOR, particular attention was paid during the discussion to the need for continued coordination and cooperation with international partners.
KFOR recalled that the mission continues to operate on the basis of the mandate stemming from United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999.
According to the statement, the mandate aims to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo, as well as to ensure freedom of movement at all times and impartially.
KFOR also said that it maintains close cooperation with the Kosovo Police and EULEX, in line with their roles as security responders.
