The operation involved Himara fire services, the Himara Police Commissariat, Dhërmi Border Police forces and the emergency team from Himara Hospital, who coordinated their actions to successfully complete the intervention in an area with limited access and rugged terrain.
Similar incidents have also been recorded before in Gjipe Canyon because of the difficult relief and limited access to the area.
