Media sources report that the detainees are Momir Jakshiq, 80, and Miljko Bishevac, 65.

Investigations by the Directorate for the Investigation of War Crimes indicate that the case relates to the serious incident of April 19, 1999. That day, a column of unarmed Albanian civilians traveling towards Montenegro was blocked in the area called Kalludra e Vogël, in the territory of the municipality of Zubin Potok.

Preliminary suspicions indicate that the civilians were first robbed of money and valuables, and then 23 of them were killed. Their remains were buried in a place near the river, also in Kalludra e Vogël.
