Leona Krasniqi, who will represent the city of Antwerp with code MA29, is appreciated for her character, dedication, and ambition. She considers participation in “Miss Belgium” as more than just a beauty contest, seeing it as an opportunity to promote Albanian values, culture, and identity.
“I am very happy and grateful for this opportunity. For me, Miss Belgium is not only a beauty contest, but also a platform to promote values, culture, and youth engagement in society. The support of the Albanian community means a lot to me,” Leona stated. Meanwhile, Griselda Stragu, originally from Shkodra and residing in Belgium, has also been confirmed as a candidate in ‘Miss Belgium 2027’. She aims to represent her Albanian roots with dignity, proving that beauty goes beyond outward appearance and that work, dedication, and self-confidence are the keys to success.
For Griselda Stragu, this competition is an opportunity to promote Albanian culture and identity on a prestigious international stage, while her journey is expected to be followed with interest by the Albanian community in Belgium and beyond.
