In a statement published on his Truth Social network, he stressed that any damage to vessels, goods, or maritime infrastructure will be financially covered by Iranian reserves held by the US, until further notice.

American operations against Iranian targets continued for the 13th consecutive night. According to US Central Command, the strikes began on Thursday evening and focused on Iranian military targets. The stated goal was to reduce the capabilities of the Revolutionary Guard and neutralize threats to commercial shipping in the area.
Just a few hours later, Tehran responded. Iranian armed forces announced they had launched suicide drones against the Isa Air Base in Bahrain, claiming they managed to hit fuel depots, military equipment warehouses, and sleeping quarters of American troops. An AFP correspondent present in Bahrain confirmed that explosions were heard and alarm sirens were activated, but there is still no official clarification on the cause of the incident.
Iran also reported striking the Al-Azraq base in Jordan, targeting aircraft hangars, maintenance centers, and other military facilities. Jordanian authorities have not yet provided any confirmation of a possible attack within their territory.
