Vlora Çitaku, an MP from the PDK, has commented on the trial of former president Hashim Thaçi and three other former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army. The final verdict for the four KLA leaders is expected to be announced on September 16.

During the program “DPT te Fidani” on Monday, Çitaku expressed special gratitude to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama for his engagement on the matter.
According to her, Rama has acted “as prime minister of all Albanians.” She stressed that, in addition to his public statements, the Albanian prime minister has taken other actions that have not been made public.
“I want to express my deep gratitude to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama. His conduct has been that of a prime minister of all Albanians. I know that, in addition to the public statements we have all seen, he has done much more, and for that I will be eternally grateful to him,” Çitaku said.
