Three people were safely rescued from a tractor that became stranded in the Devoll River, in the area known as “Bishti i Nartës.”

The incident occurred this morning, when teams from the Gramsh Fire Service received a report about the agricultural vehicle submerged in the river and immediately headed to the scene.
The rescue operation was carried out swiftly, making it possible to extract an elderly man, his grandson and the tractor driver unharmed.
The vehicle had ended up in the water up to the height of the cabin, placing the people inside it in direct danger.
