Thousands of citizens joined the 12th day of protests against the government, marching through the streets of Tirana and demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Students and citizens took part in the demonstration.
During the march, protesters addressed the prime minister with chants: “Do you like dialogue? Is this how you want dialogue tomorrow?”

Protesters said their only demand was his resignation. They said that during these protests, police had used brutal violence against citizens, while officers had used rubber bullets, wooden batons, tear gas and high-pressure water.
