The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has upheld the seizure order for the villa in Dhërmi, which is suspected of being owned by Belinda Balluku.
According to the ruling, the single-judge panel of this court, composed of judge Miliana Muça, today, on 30.06.2026, announced the decision in criminal case no. 24, registered on 18.06.2026.
