At around 2:30 a.m. early this Friday morning, a serious accident was reported in the Vila e Zogut area of Durrës.

According to preliminary information, a vehicle left the road and ended up approximately 40 meters down a ravine.
The collision was severe, while the difficult terrain complicated efforts to extract the vehicle’s driver.
The driver was eventually removed from the accident site and urgently transported to Durrës Hospital.
The driver is reportedly in critical condition, while doctors continue their efforts to save their life.
