The Student Parliament of South East European University (SEEU) has again addressed the Ministry of Justice, submitting an official request for the Bar Examination and other professional examinations to also be held in Albanian.

The request was submitted to the new Minister of Justice. The students said they expect him to make the issue one of his priorities and take concrete measures to resolve it.
“On behalf of the Student Parliament of South East European University, today I submitted to the new Minister of Justice a request for the Bar Examination and other professional examinations to also be held in Albanian. As he takes up his new post, we hope the minister will give this issue the necessary attention and take concrete steps toward a fair solution,” the students said in their statement.
The students recalled that they have maintained the same position from the outset, calling for equal opportunities for all and the full implementation of language rights.
“This issue is not political in nature. It concerns equality, respect for the law and, above all, students’ rights,” the statement emphasized.
