The Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced that, starting Saturday, 12.09.2026, the “Safe City” traffic surveillance system will also become operational in the territory of Veles SIA.

The activation of the cameras on the roads in this territory follows the completion of the final technical inspections and tests.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the system will help continuously monitor road traffic, promptly identify traffic violations, strengthen driver discipline and increase road safety.
The ministry has called on all vehicle drivers to comply with traffic rules and regulations, emphasizing that their responsible behavior is important for greater road safety.
