Two people were injured in a Russian attack on the city of Balakliya, located about 100 kilometers south of Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said a missile struck the area, destroying an apartment and starting a fire in a two-story residential building.
Another strike nearby sparked a fire in an open area. The attack also damaged homes, commercial properties and several vehicles.
Emergency crews worked to extinguish the flames and deal with the aftermath of the attack.
Ukrainian authorities continue to report Russian attacks in various parts of the country.
