Berat Rukiqi, a member of the Democratic League of Kosovo’s leadership, said that the motion submitted by delegates seeking the dismissal of LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku had failed.

Responding to a question about whether the delegates had faced pressure, Rukiqi said the decision-making process had been free.
“What is important is that their motion failed. I think it was the right decision by the other delegates to continue; there was no need for an assembly at all. We must do our best as the Democratic League of Kosovo. I believe it was their free will. I cannot comment on these claims, which are slander,” he said.
