Reporting process on Territorial Reform is interrupted, opposition blocks the podium and forces session suspension

A wave of tension swept through the Assembly hall as opposition lawmakers occupied the podium, halting proceedings. The deadlock emerged immediately after the session chair, Niko Peleshi, announced the closure of procedural discussions and moved to the presentation of the majority and opposition reports on the new administrative division.

As the situation escalated, Peleshi was forced to call another five-minute break to calm the atmosphere.

The session resumed a few minutes later and debates began, but not for long. The podium was seized again, bringing another immediate interruption.

Even after a new five-minute break, the session has restarted, but MP Boçi continues to block the speaking spot, preventing Arbian Mazniku from beginning his presentation.
