Prime Minister Edi Rama has made another reaction on social media regarding the protests held in Tirana.
He focused on a comment by imam Mustafa Terniqi about Arben Kola, stressing that the latter does not represent the civic protest.

In his reaction, Rama took aim at both of them, writing:
“Ah, so I must have known something when I showed Albanians this ‘hero’ of the flamengos.
But my question now is this: and you, imam, on whose behalf have you joined the protest, because your place is in the mosque and for you, who should be leading prayers, the Quran says that a great responsibility rests on your shoulders: to bring peace to souls, to preach the truth and not to hide knowledge? So, in short, don’t play hide-and-seek, imam, and don’t do the devil’s work by stirring up sparks among Albanians, because this country does not owe anyone the lighting of the fires of religious division, neither among ourselves nor with the world.
No one should doubt that I would allow myself to deal like this with any protester who doesn’t have a fly in his ear when speaking, because if I allowed myself that, I would not be respecting my role and duty toward Albanians. But Albanians, whether at work, at a protest or having coffee, cannot allow those with flies installed in their ears to incite them more and more against one another…”
