The Crisis Management Center (QMK) announced that, as of 6:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026, a total of 14 fires had been recorded in open areas across the country.

According to the QMK, one of the fires remains active, another has been brought under control, while 12 fires have been extinguished.
The active fire is located in the territory of the Municipality of Krushevo, near the village of Borino, where flames have engulfed low vegetation.
Meanwhile, the fire in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod, at the Dabova Dupka–Jasen locations near the village of Belica and at Kajorec, has been brought under control. Low-growth pine forest and mixed forest were burning in the area.
During the day, fires in Kumanovo, Veles, Struga, Makedonski Brod, Mogila, Sveti Nikole, Strumica, Bosilovo, Novo Selo, Shuto Orizari and Ilinden were also extinguished, the QMK reported.
