During the protest, a citizen called on foreign missions in Albania to join the demonstrators and consider their demands. He also called on SPAK to arrest Prime Minister Edi Rama, former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and opposition leader Sali Berisha.
The protester described Berisha as Rama’s collaborator, claiming that the two politicians support one another and merely present themselves as opponents.

“Berisha has once again chosen himself and is now seeking to re-elect his supporters as well. They prop each other up, while the real opposition is in the square. They try to convince us that they are opponents, but they get their oxygen from Moscow and Belgrade,” he said.
He raised the question of why Edi Rama does not hand over Belinda Balluku and mentioned a video that, according to him, is circulating, in which the prime minister says that Balluku pressures him.
“Rama and Berisha have ruined this country. With these corrupt faces, we cannot join the European Union and, if our future depends on them, it does not exist. I call on the embassies to join us and look at our demands. SPAK should arrest Rama in his office, Berisha and Balluku; save us from their clutches,” the protester said.
