Pozhari sounds the alarm for the LDK: Weakening Lumir Abdixhiku could throw the country back into deadlock

Political analyst Xhevdet Pozhari has voiced criticism over the latest developments within the LDK, suggesting that attempts to weaken chairman Lumir Abdixhiku could have direct consequences for the process of electing the president.

According to him, the “elders of the LDK” have set out to bring down Lumir.

If they achieve this goal, then the election of the president will be blocked and the country will head to elections again. As he says, this means they would openly line up alongside the PDK.

Meanwhile, even if Lumiri comes through successfully and agrees to become part of the government, he would still be short of at least 3 votes for the presidential vote.

For the president, the Alliance is setting a high price: among other things, it is asking for 1 billion euros for the capital as an emergency fund. Exactly as much as has been planned to be allocated to the army.
