Elmi Reçica, a deputy from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, said that no one can prevent the completion of the process of constituting the Assembly.

“Who has the right to stop the constitution of the Assembly and its completion? Who has the right to take away the deputies’ mandates? Who has the right to decide when the Republic functions and when it waits? No deputy and no party. This state is no one’s private property; the Constitution is not private property, the Assembly is not private property, and the Republic is not private property,” Reçica said.

He also criticized the Assembly’s administration, warning of the damage that could be caused to the institutions.

“It is much easier to damage an institution than to build one. A state does not necessarily collapse overnight; it collapses gradually,” the deputy declared.
