On October 2 and 3, officers from the Internal Affairs Department detained 17 people aged 20 to 48 in various parts of Skopje. They included people from Skopje, Kriva Pallanka, Kumanovo and Kërçova.

Searches of those detained led to the seizure of marijuana, brown and white powdered substances, a white granular substance, methadone and tablets.
The operation also extended to Tetovo. At around 11:35 p.m. on October 2, police arrested a 20-year-old from the village of Nerasht on Ljubotenska Street after finding a bag containing a white powdered substance during a search.
Five minutes later, two people aged 22 and 24 travelling in a BMW were detained in the village of Pallaticë.
During a search, authorities found and confiscated marijuana. All 19 people were detained in accordance with legal procedures and, once the cases have been documented, will face the relevant charges before the competent authorities.
