PDK asks LVV to approve the Draft Law on Specialized Chambers before the Parliament disperses

Vlora Çitaku, deputy speaker of the Parliament from the PDK’s ranks, emphasized that the Draft Law must be adopted unconditionally and that the issue should not be linked to the president’s election.

Çitaku: The KLA is not protected conditionally

“We call on LVV to come to the Parliament and approve the law on Specialized Chambers in its second reading. This is not a favor, but a duty and an obligation. We are in the chamber and we will not leave. The KLA is not protected conditionally. There are no conditions, and we do not accept them,” she declared.

Arian Tahiri, head of the PDK’s parliamentary group, also called for the law to be adopted before the Parliament disperses.

Tahiri: We call on LVV to vote on the law before the eventual dispersal of the Parliament

“It is the duty and national responsibility of every political force to come to the Parliament and, during the remaining hours, approve the law in its second reading before the Parliament eventually disperses, if that happens. They are trying to make a deal: to vote on the law in its first reading, then elect the president, and then vote on the law again. This is a deal, and it has disastrous consequences,” he emphasized.
