Arbërie Nagavci has submitted, on behalf of the MPs who signed it, a request to convene an extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly on Monday, 5 October, at 9:00 a.m. The request document was obtained by the newspaper “Bota Sot”.

The agenda contains a total of five items. Among them is the review of the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on the Specialist Chambers of Kosovo and the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.
The MPs are also expected to review three draft laws related to the ratification of financial agreements with the European Union, as well as a loan agreement with the French Development Agency for the “XXI” Mediterranean Games project in Kosovo.
Before the start of the plenary session, at 8:00 a.m., the Committee on Legislation is expected to convene. Its agenda includes the review of the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on the Specialist Chambers of Kosovo and the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.
