This Monday, July 13, 2026, the Albanian Parliament convenes in a new session, with the main focus being the review of several draft resolutions aimed at evaluating the performance of independent bodies for the past year.
The agenda also includes a session dedicated to addressing complaints and issues raised by voters on the ground.

At the center of the parliamentary analysis are three key institutions: the Central Election Commission, the High Inspectorate for the Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interest, and the Bank of Albania, whose work for 2025 will be assessed through the respective draft resolutions.
Beyond these, lawmakers will engage in a broad evaluation of a considerable number of other regulatory bodies and public institutions.
The list includes the Financial Supervisory Authority, the Institute of Statistics, the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority, and Albanian Radio and Television.
Also part of this monitoring process are the Audiovisual Media Authority, along with the Energy Regulatory Entity and the Water Regulatory Entity.
The concluding part of this session will be dedicated to civic emergency issues, where deputies are expected to raise their voices about concrete concerns highlighted by residents of their electoral zones.
The session will open with the approval of the minutes from two previous sessions, specifically those of June 30 and July 2, 2026, and will be followed by announcements, in accordance with the Parliament’s rules of procedure.
Subsequently, deputies will proceed to review the draft acts for each institution in turn, according to the established order.
