Parliament begins plenary session, debates expected on Territorial Reform and SHISH issue

The plenary session in Parliament has just begun. Although it is expected to be a session where MPs raise citizens’ concerns from the podium, debates are expected between the opposition and the majority on two important issues.

At the center is the Territorial Reform, which is expected to be voted on Thursday without the opposition’s consensus and with two Socialist MPs, Erion Braçe and Vullnet Sinaj, having come out against the draft.

Debates are also expected on the SHISH issue, following the arrest of former director Vlora Hyseni.
